The U.S. Pork Center of Excellence has been collecting current swine research from the USDA-ARS. We’ve compiled research information from a wide range of topics including: manure management, swine health and nutrition. In addition we have many articles involving pork safety such as: Trichinella Spiralis testing, Non-Thermal and Advanced Thermal Food Processing Intervention Technologies, antimicrobial resistance testing in farm animals and many more.
